How do custom orders work?+
Tell us what you have in mind, upload reference art if you have it, and choose an approximate size and material. We’ll review the request and follow up before anything is produced.
Can you work from my logo or photo?+
Usually, yes. Clean, high-resolution artwork gives the best result. We’ll let you know if a file needs cleanup or simplification for laser cutting or engraving.
How long does an order take?+
Turnaround depends on the design, materials, personalization, and current workload. A specific timeline should be confirmed before production begins.
Do you ship?+
This demo is ready for shipping and local-pickup options to be configured once the live checkout platform is selected.
